Eligibility Criteria:

Qualification

• Minimum Graduation or equivalent qualification from an HEC-recognized local or international university/institute.

• Preference will be given to candidates having:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in HR

  • Public Administration

  • HR-related professional certifications

  Experience

• Minimum 1 year working experience in:

  • Human Resources (HR), or

  • Banking Sector

Required Skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Effective team player

• Service-oriented mindset

• Knowledge of MS Office applications

• Understanding of HR functions

Employment Type

• Contract basis

• Initial period of 3 years

• Extendable as per management discretion and bank policy
