Punjab Life Insurance Company Limited (PLIC), Pakistan’s first provincial government-owned life insurance company under the Government of Punjab, has announced new career opportunities for qualified and experienced professionals in the health insurance and policy operations sector. Multiple vacancies are available in Lahore and different cities of Punjab for MBBS degree holders, medical officers, policy administration professionals and operations experts. • Lead Beneficiary Support

• Lead Provider Empanelment

• Lead Provider Operations

• Lead Claims & Settlements

• Lead Medical Audits

• Provincial Medical Officer (PMO)

Shariah Compliance Officer

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree (HEC recognized)

• Minimum 3 years relevant experience in Takaful/Islamic insurance

• Islamic Finance certification preferred

• Knowledge of AAOIFI, SECP Takaful Regulations

Lead Policy Holders Administration / Policy Holder Services

• Master’s degree (18 years education)

• 5 years experience in Public/Social Health Insurance programs preferred

• Strong command of MS Office and reporting tools

Lead Beneficiary Support

• Master’s degree (18 years education)

• 5 years relevant experience in Public/Social Health Programs

Lead Contact Centre

• Master’s degree (18 years education)

• 5 years experience in contact center or complaint management

Lead Provider Empanelment

• Master’s degree (18 years education)

• 5 years experience in Health Insurance or Provider Network Management

Lead Provider Operations

• MBBS from PMDC recognized institute

• 5 years experience in Health Insurance, Claims or Hospital Operations

Lead Pre-Authorization

• MBBS from PMDC recognized institute

• 5 years relevant experience in healthcare operations

Lead Claims & Settlements

• MBBS from PMDC recognized institute

• 4 years experience in Health Insurance or Hospital Operations

Lead Medical Audits

• MBBS from PMDC recognized institute

• Minimum 3 years experience in Health Insurance or Medical Audit

Provincial Medical Officer (PMO)

• MBBS from PMDC recognized institute

• Minimum 5 years relevant experience
