The Higher Education Commission (HEC) Pakistan has issued an important notification regarding MPhil and PhD admissions for Fall 2026. According to the latest policy update, all students seeking admission in Level 7 (MS/MPhil) and Level 8 (PhD) programs will now be required to pass GRE/HAT General or relevant subject tests conducted through HEC’s Education Testing Council (ETC).
